CELEBRATION

The middle week of February we had a lot to celebrate. Kevin graduated from college (see previous post), we finished our first play together (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum), Kevin turned 33 (YIKES!), and it was Valentine's Day. We decided a trip to Disneyland would be a good way to party.

After only 4 hours of sleep on Saturday night we got up early and were on our way. We visited Disneyland and California Adventure. We got to see the World of Color show, which for me was such a highlight. We ate lots of good treats and were exhausted by the time we got home. We slept 22 our of the next 36 hours. It was fast but it was fun!

We'll post some of our own pictures once we get them from my sister Stacie and her husband Josh, who came with us for two of the days.

Our Newest Graduate

On February 8, 2012 Kevin finished his course work at the University of Phoenix. He now has his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. I am so proud of him for working these past four years (at Weber State and then UOP) for his degree. There have been many hard days and long nights. We will celebrate when he walks in May but for now it is so nice to be done. I couldn't be more proud of him!

Love you babe!

Baby Jasec

On December 29, 2011 my brother Steven and his wife Aspen had their fourth child. They named him Jasec Benjamin Hadley. He has been such a sweet boy. He was blessed at the beginning of February. Kevin was privileged to stand in on the blessing and he said when the prayer was over he looked down and baby Jasec has the most content and cute smile on his face. He will always remember that moment.

A few weeks ago Jasec got a cold and ended up having to be hospitalized with RSV for two days. I'm sure it was very scary for his parents as it concerned us very much. He is at home and off oxygen but they are having to be very careful with him.

We are so glad that he is part of our family and hope that he can continue to grow healthy and strong!

My family really makes some cute kids!!

One Last Christmas Picture

Somehow this picture didn't get onto the last post. My mom has this Christmas pig that walks and wiggles its behind. When you hold it by the tail it squeals. Jaden kept going around and mimicking the pig. It was SOOOOOO cute!

Christmas 2011

We were very blessed this Christmas. We were able to attend church, spend time with family and be blessed with some amazing gifts. I loaded many pictures on here so I'll let them speak for themselves.

Kevin was so excited to open his new toy

Eliana's Baptism

My oldest niece Eliana decided to be baptized as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in December. We are so proud of her for her decision. I can't believe she is 8 years old.

Halloween

Okay, I knew that I was behind on blogging and adding pictures but I had no idea it had been this long. Here is a picture of all the Hadley spooks last Halloween. We have some pretty scary characters in our family normally but watch out on All Hallows Eve...
